The Britney Spears Project That Never Was

These are character sketches I did for a Britney Spears piece that never saw the light of day (until now). I didn't feel the original idea was that strong so I stopped at doing rough Return Of The Jedi studies. Here they are:
We've ALL Seen Britney's Sarlacc Pit!There's good news though! I'm getting back into the art swing! I plan to do a sketch crawl once a week with the very talented and all around super artist Eric Smith (AKA EMS).

You can never go wrong with a well done Jabba illio like this. More impressive though is how you captured K-fed's likeness perfectly! Nice rendering. :)

In case you were wondering, Nationwide Insurance likely supports your panning of K-Fed.

Dude, great sketches! I have a fondness for puppet-Jabba, not the digital Jabba nor the fat Irish man with the animal skins, and I think you do too.

Let's get to sketching.

So then who would be Princess Leia in the metal bikini?
You captured K-Fed's “I just got dumped by my baby momma via text message, Yo” expression perfectly.

Very cool sketches, and extra points for Star Wars.

Hey Trevor. It's another old college pal. Glad to hear you and Eric have reconnected. Sorry I missed sketching on Monday. I would love to reconnect and catch up. Eric is giving away trade secrets with K-Fed and Nationwide. Actually, I guess we've ticked off the National Restaurant Association so the PR started early. Let me know what you think of the ad. Great sketches!

Good on ya for sketching and crawling!

Love the Jabba sketch, but my comments wouldn't be nearly as funny as Pickledog's so I'll stop.

And I see by your avatar you, too, are one of those Gifted With Being Able to Raise an Eyebrow. Avast!

This rocks! Nothing worse than a java with breast implants! Great renditions. Like, oh my god y'all. . . gives me the shivers.

Oops - and ah yea jabba not java. I guess I showed that I know more about The Simpsons than Star Wars. Oh well. . .
